Housing construction costs rose 1.8% in October

In October, construction costs for new residential buildings are estimated to have increased by 1.8%, 0.1 percentage point (p.p.) lower than in September. For the same month, material prices and labor cost recorded changes of 1.3% and 2.6%, respectively (0.2 p.p. and 0.5 p.p. above the value of the previous month).
